Oldies but goodies

Anybody in here like the oldies?

I want to make an oldies mix cd but want to be sure not to leave any of the great ones off.

So what are your fav oldies?

(ps we can leave off the beatles as we all know those are all goodies)

Oldies are great.

Let's see, some of my favorites...

"Pretty Woman"-Roy Orbinson
"Unchained Melody"-Righteous Brothers
"You Showed Me"-Turtles
"96 Tears"-? Mark and the Mysterians
"You're The One"-Vogues
"Because"-Dave Clark Five
"Traces" and "Spooky"-Classics IV
"San Fransiscan Nights"-Animals
"In The Year 2525"-Zager and Evans
"Stand By Me"-Ben E. King
"Hang On Sloopy"-The McCoys
"Sounds Of Silence"-Simon & Garfunkel
"Good Vibrations"-Beach Boys
"Happy Together"-Turtles

There's a few suggestions to start with. .

Angela

Out Of Time by Chris Farlowe. Written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards and later recorded by the Stones themselves. Both versions are quite good.
