Is Rough Mix a choice??!

Just kidding! But this is a tough one! I think Tommy is a better album as a whole, thematically, start-to-finish, but Quadrophenia has some amazing stand-out songs that I think song-wise top everything on Tommy.

(Y'know, this reminds me of a lot of debates I've had about U2 albums...)
