I've already talked to a buddy of mine who lives in Denver, and I think that we are both serious about going to Dublin to see u2 next summer, so if I can fit other concerts around my stay, I think I will do that. I mean, the hard part is getting over there right? So once I'm there, I would totally want to maximize everything by seeing and doing as much as my body can put up with. Once the tour schedule comes out, I can really begin to dream it all up. And if U2 returns to South Africa at the end of the tour like last time, well then Digsy better be there to help me get around SA!
I need to calm down. Breathe. I think this is called premature Vacation. I shouldn't get too excited before it becomes a reality.

Hey, I caught your post about being at the Albany show in 2001. I was in the heart for that one! Close to the back though. I still think that Bono did alright. He even sung In A Little While pretty decent. But that might have just been an impression and not a reality.

Anyway, I just wanted to drop in and wave at the folks. :wave: Some of whom will be in bed by the time I return.

And that Albany show was pretty impressive wasn't it? He got his voice back the next night, and sounded 20 times better, but there was something about the energy of that show.
 
just an old nickname - when i was younger i used to sign notes and stuff to my friends as Di G and one day somebody started calling me digsy... nothing more really.

nobody calls me it now, but i use it as a nick on the internet for pretty much everythign - emails, ebay so on so forth

I mean PowerSurge....or mostly Surge.

Everyone here usually uses a nickname of U2 related type thing for a monicker.
It was funny when I looked at everyones pictures I was trying to place a name to what they looked like. Its kind of true that sometimes people look like a "Mike" or a "Helga" you know.
