I wonder if he is related to the guy who stole the bulldozer and took it for a drive around Perth, or the guy who stole the armoured tank and took it for a spin?:lol:
 
Mr Cliche said he was embarrassed by the theft, but the incident would not be held against the boy if one day he applied for a job.

"We have a very good recruiting policy and anybody who passes the mustard for our recruiting policy, we'd be glad to offer a job to provided he's old enough to hold a driver's licence," he said.

Det Sen Constable Hills said could not see why the incident would prevent the boy from becoming a professional tram driver.

"He's a nice lad," he said.
