Anyone like this Opera/Metal from Finland?? I first was introduced to them last year when I was in Guatemala. I really like "Nemo."

I like them a bit. It's not a genre that I listen to a lot, but the songwriting is generally excellent and Tarja (I think) has a lovely voice.

they have a cult following and seem to be popular in the underground... I caught part of their show at the HOB a couple of years ago - no biggie, just not my cup of tea I guess. I actually prefer Lacuna Coil

so-so- I think her voice is great. The arrangement is bad at times.

Nightwish always remind me of that couple that didn´t have a place to sleep in winter. they were staying at my place for some days.. mustve been 2003. They liked that and I copied it.

Umm I think the rest of the band didn't like her doing some her own solo projects, (sorry it has been a long time since i read about this and im not exactly a Nightwish fan)from what i do remember though the reason the band gave was pretty harsh and may have been just more jealousy....actually that is all i really remember accurately that the reason they gave was stupid and very harsh, and they were just generally being bastards hmm

I don't really care for their recent albums, but then again.. I haven't heard much from them. Nemo is a great song though. My favourite album of theirs has to be Oceanborn
