According to NME, REM are releasing a live concert DVD on 2/23/04. Here's the set:

I agree. I'd like "Rockville"
 
Diver 8, Fall on Me, Finest Worksong would've been nice but it's still a good setlist.

Also...

A few online music shops have the released date for 'Perfect Square', the live DVD filmed in the summer of 2003 in Wiesbaden, listed as Febuary 23. The DVD will most likely have a documentary as well.
