I'm looking for the name of a New Order song that's about the Civil War or war in general. My lit teacher was about to tell us the title, but he forgot it. Anyone have any clue?

If it isn't about war, it may deal with foreshadowing/ressurection.

Hmm for some reason I envision it on 'Substance'. Maybe State of the Nation?
