i haven't listened to a u2 record since...all that you cant leave behind came out!

Where do you find these bands? I never get to hear any of these.. Arcade Fire or Wilco or Kasbian or Broken Social Scene or whatever.. But that could be cos I look to radio for new music.

Radio is NOT is a good place to hear the best music out there, IMO. I mostly hear about new music through music websites, music blogs, music mags. These are a lot of music sites I frequent to hear new music. May I suggest:
