I have to say, I'm looking forward to the new album from the lovely Ms. Feist as much as anything this year. It's due out in March, called "The Reminder," and will be a more band-centric album this time about. Though you can bank on that voice still being front and centre.

here's a clip of one of the new songs

it's been almost three years since 'Let it Die' and I still listen to that album on a regular basis. Here's hoping the next is just as amazing!

I am in love with Leslie Feist.

And I also can't wait for this album.

Indietastic >> Andrea Corr.

Andrea could never hold a little stick in her teeth like that.

Feist played here a year ago or so, but I completely missed it :(

I'm guessing there's going to be a tour with this album? Hope so. I'll be there in a indietastic heartbeat.

I was going to see her for my first time in person last September, but she backed out of ACL. You can imagine my disappointment.

Then she was a no show when I saw BSS in October. Disappointment yet again.

I caught her with BSS, and she stole the spotlight. all eyes were on her. and she drums! very sexy.

I missed her solo gig when she played here last year :(
But I was able to find a dvd quality show from France called "live at Trabendo" that is available for illegal download at all fine torrent sites, and it is an amazing show.

I just snagged a torrent of it. It's delectable.

I also just got a torrent of Monarch (Lay Your Jeweled Head Down).

This oughta be interesting.

So she drums and plays guitar.

In other news, she isn't a figment of my imagination.
