Ok, I doubt many of you have heard of this group, but Flogging Molly is pretty dang cool in my opinion. This is a group that mixes Irish folk/drinking songs with punk rock. Very cool in my opinion. I guess lots of people could dismiss it, but I really like them. Anyone else ever heard them or like them? I bought their new cd, Drunken Lullabies. My old roommate had their first cd, Swagger. Anyways, I encourage everybody to check them out, it's really fun music.

I used to work with a girl whose boyfriend was in the band (dunno if he still is). Cool guy. I saw them at a pub in L.A. called Molly Malone's maybe 4 years ago. They are indeed a lot of fun, much like the Young Dubliners, would love to see them again.

My old roommate introduced me to them. He saw them opening for a band he went to see, he said it was the only concert he'd ever been to where the audience responded much more excitedly about the opening band.

My cousin saw them open for the Bosstones. Grrrrrrrrrreat band.

But it melts in the sun like a life without love
And I've waited for you so i'll keep holding onWithout you
