new car!!

Well it's second-hand but so was the one I totalled Tuesday. It's a 2002 Ford Escort and it's mine!! It's really cool! It's nice to have a car again! I haven't had the nerve to drive since the fender-bender (the roads have been icy.....travellers' advisories have been out so it's too risky anyway) but I will tomorrow.

The word Ford reminds me of Bono's Australian 60 Minutes interview he did all those years ago. It's wonderful.He said when he was growing up Ford Cortinas were THE muscle car.
