Need Your Help! What Song Is This?

I am making a mix of music for a friend and have this song on there that I really like. But I just noticed that it is mislabeled and I don't know who does the song or what the name is.

Here are some lyrics:

It's kinda a pop/punky kinda band, like Something Corporate, or Simple Plan or something, but sounds better than the usual stuff.
