Green Day-International Hits (9 stars) I love Green Day, I just wish they put some of their hits closer in the begining of the C.D.!

the green day track listing

1 Maria
2 Poprocks & Coke
3 Longview
4 Welcome to Paradise
5 Basket Case
6 When I Come Around
7 She

etc....

with the exception of the first two, which were "unreleased" songs added to get fans to buy the cd (despite the fact that they had the rest of the tracks on the original albums already), what on earth are you talking about? tracks 3, 4, 5 and 6 are arguably their biggest hits other than "good riddence".

i think this my best deal in years

Spock's Beard - Octane
Tony Banks - Seven
The Flaming Lips - Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots 5.1
Yes - Fragile
Snoop Dogg - Rhythm & Gangsta

ducky boys - no gettin' out

finally
now i just need to acquire 'dark days'.

yet another band that i hated for a short period of time, only to become a huge fan later. i need to figure out how to skip that "i hate them" phase :hmm:

No, because you can pretentiously claim that as a period of cautious curiosity and objective analysis that lead to a deeper appreciation of said music.

Scouring the used bin is one of my favorite pastimes.....

Came out with...

Manic Street Preachers- this is my truth tell me yours (3$)
(yertle, I demand respect!)

Joanna Newsom- the milk eyed mender (7$)

Happy Valentines to me!!!!!!!!!!!!

Autechre - 'Amber'
The Comas - 'Conductor'

I havent seen either of these CDs ANYWHERE in Utah, so I am QUITE happy to receive them as a present from H to the G.

Joanna Newsom - Milk-Eyed Mender
Broken Social Scene - You Forgot It In People

both are great

Play-Squeeze.

Interesting CD-some good songs on it. And in a way, I think the way the lyrics are set up in the booklet is creative and original-it's set up in a play script form, but at the same time, it's frustrating, 'cause they're not in order and so I have a hard time figuring out where to look for the lyrics to the songs.

Meh. That's what the internet is for, right? :).

So tried to find the Sometimes... single here in the shops today and I was partly successful:

U2 - Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own (2 & 3 track singles)
Elvis Costello & The Imposters - The Delivery Man (2CD re-issue with The Clarksdale Sessions bonus CD)

Somehow, I could not find the DVD single of Sometimes... :(

Bruce Springsteen- Nebraska

Bruce Springsteen- Darkness On The Edge Of Town

The Pogues- If I Should Fall From Grace With God

Red Hot Chili Peppers- Mother's Milk

Orange Park- Songs From Nowhere

Green Day- American Idiot
