here's the deal in my la class we are doing something called poetry speaks. Where you take 2 poems and interperaye them into a powerpoint. my poems you ask? One Tree Hill and Walk On

Within the past 3 days I...

-Rowed 5 miles
-Ran 2 miles
-Walked 6.5 miles
-And did 500 situps

Ok, it doesn't seem like that much, but it was painful

Today alone I did 300 situps, walked 6.5 miles, ran 2 miles, and rowed 3 miles
