honest advice
first , if it is possible , do it later , after work , school etc
your heart and body will not like those wondeful things in early am hours
pm hours after work are quite good ( take away all the stress )
but not too late either , do it before 9 pm

as for music

trainspotting soundtracks ( vol 1,2 )

brian eno and john cale ( wrong way up )

Thanks everyone, these are great...after this am I hate morning workouts but I have no other time in the day so no choice. I will put all thses ideas on the rotation and let you know which worked best for me...keep them coming though

i have to agree with the rage against the machine suggestion....that entire first album.
my favorite exercise music:
quicksand 'slip'
the whole album. hard, fast, makes you want to sweat.
