Sept 6 - The Red Hot Chilli Peppers
Sept 9 - Mogwai
Sept 10 - Ted Leo
Sept 12 - The Dandy Warhols (don't know their stuff but debating)
Sept 13 - Bruce Springsteen
Sept 13 - Dave Matthews Band
Sept 18 - Black Rebel Motorcycle Club
Sept 19 - My Morning Jacket
Sept 23 - plan to go to an unaccounced event in NYC
Sept 26 - The Pietasters
Sept 28/29 - Lucinda Williams and The Jayhawks
Oct 2 - Grandaddy and Super Furry Animals
Oct 6 - Howie Day
Oct 7 - Supergrass
Oct 10 - Hot Hot Heat (don't know there stuff but debating)
Oct 11 - The Frames (in Philly)
Oct 18 - interpol
Oct 20 - Death Cab for Cutie

Right now I have a ticket to Super Furry/Grandaddy, Interpol and BRMC and Bruce.

Also plan to go to Mogwai, Ted Leo, MMJ, Supergrass and Death Cab for Cutie.

Anyone else have an opinion on what else is a "don't miss this show"?

Wow, DiGi, have fun!! Ok, you totally know what I'm going to say... ;) THE FRAMES. Are they at the TLA? They seriously are AMAZING live. I have no misgivings recommending a live gig of theirs...an album...eh...I could see people not liking it. But a live gig...if it's anything like the others I've seen and what I've heard, it's worth it. Of the others you aren't already planning to see....I'd personally go for Stellastar and Howie Day. Both I'd go to if I could...
I hope this sting of good gigs lasts through when I'm back in the states!

WAIT. I'm home Oct 11. *PANICS* :combust: Ok...Umm..I'll have JUST gotten home and be totally broke, but...MUST consider this. I can drive to Philly...sure... :hyper: :hmm: :scream:  :D

actually i forgot to say i was going to the frames without question. i seriously love the 2 albums of theirs i have.

if you are going to be here i will get at least 2 tickets

:applaud:
No, no, not ridiculous...
I loved my about...2 shows a week average when I was in dc...might have to return to that lifestyle. A job to finance it would be nice though.

I need people in the cincinnati area to go to shows in the autumn/winter...or I just take up residence on the couch at my old flat in dc... :hmm: :heart:930:heart:
