Ooooh! They played Bliss while Guiding Light and Feeling Good were sight. I won't comment on NSC as that song has been stuck in my head for the last 2 days. :reject:
Was IBTY the album version including Matt's attempt at French? :|

Nope. I've been told not to expect it until early September, which is cutting it too close for my liking.

I love this shot. Those skinny little legs & the semi-pigeon toed stance. The way he's so into playing the guitar (which is awwwwesome, btw!). :cute:

At least for the time being, I still have this concert to look forward to. :silent:

:giggle: yeah those skinny legs and big ass feet.. gotta love it. Yes, I love the way he gets so into it and the funny faces he makes cracks me up. That guitar must weigh a ton on him.

Swedish Tour Date Cancelled

We regret to announce that due to unforeseen circumstances Muse have had to cancel their show at Zinkensdamms IP on July 21.

The band and Live Nation apologise to fans for the inconvenience that this causes.

Tickets purchased online or over the phone will be refunded automatically with
monies credited to the card used for purchase. Other tickets (purchased from Eventim representatives) will be refunded from point of purchase. Ticket refunds will take approximately 10 days and will be available until August 21st 2010. Eventim can be contacted on +46-771-651-000.

Line-ups for the band's shows in Finland and Norway will be announced very soon.

I feel sorry for those fans. Since I now know how it feels to have your band cancel on you. Matt better keep in shape. That guitar may throw his back out! :silent:

Yeah, I saw that announcement earlier today & thought, "Ooh - I really, really know how much that sucks for you, Sweden!"

So, is it something in the air, then - all these cancellations/reschedules??

No kidding. Geez a lou... That's one reason I like Matt, though-I swear to God he and I are the same weight :p (I also realized when watching the making of DVD for The Resistance that Dom is a male version of my friend Sarah. Same mannerisms, facial expressions, even their hair's about the same length!).

He does have some of the coolest looking guitars, though. I still would kill to have a guitar like the Glitterati.

*Squeal* at the thought of "I Belong To You" showing up live and the whole "Exogenesis" symphony thing (I don't mind that "Neutron Star Collision" song, personally. Sorry to hear about the story behind it, though :(). Please, please, please play that song here in the U.S. later on (nobody happens to have free Minneapolis tickets on them that they won't use, do they?).

I'd love to get those NME and Q magazines, too, but no place here in my town sells them :(. May have to go online, it seems. Guitar Player may be available here, though, so I'll check for that one, at least. And congrats to Chris on his coming family addition! 5 kids, good lord.

I woke up to some excellent news... Muse are touring here in December! :hyper:  Luckily the fan pre-sale is on 4 June so I'll just manage to get the tickets before I fly to Europe. Twinkly columns and double-neck guitar, here I come!

What's the point of that guitar anyway? Is the second neck just for show or does Matt actually use it? Oh, and it makes him look even more of a wee little thing :giggle:

Congrats on getting the Australian dates! :applaud:

No. No, we cannot. That is unacceptable.

Saracene, awesome news indeed, woohoo! Hope you have fun (and what are you going to Europe for? Lucky!)!

Not sure if Matt uses both necks of that guitar. I imagine he probably does fiddle around on both of them at some point. I don't know how he'd be able to do so, but if he can fly back and forth between a guitar and piano with ease, well...
