Oh god, I just remembered something AWESOME I saw today.

I presume everyone is familiar with the rugby shirt concept? Logo on the left breast, name and number on the back?

I saw someone wearing a World Youth Day one today. WYD07 was the logo, and when I saw that, I thought "That actually doesn't look so bad, for official god merchandise".

Then the girl wearing it turned around, and I honestly nearly died laughing. The name on the back was Benedict and the number was 16. THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN WEAR THAT SERIOUSLY.

I wish I could find a picture. I barely contained my laughter.

I'm concerned we're in for blanket Kiwi coverage on TV One. They've got a sports extra channel for extra Olympic coverage on Freeview (as in, buy a digital decoder for two extra channels outside of the Olympics), and they'll put big events on the extra channel and we get Kiwis finishing dead last in events on the real free-to-air TV.
