Movies you are embarassed to admit you like

What movies do you really like, but are afraid to admit to people that you have watched them 3,12 or maybe 20 times? (Pornos count...if you are brave enough to name some )

Having taken film courses and being surrounded by film snobs most of the time, here are the movies I would never say that I have seen...repeatedly.
  • Titanic
  • Ten Things I hate about you
  • I want to hold your hand
  • Splash
  • Pretty Woman
  • There's something about Mary

Um, if Sleepless in Seattle comes on tv, I won't change the channel.

Hmm...Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, Loverboy (I used to have the biggest thing for Patrick Dempsey back in the day), Mobsters (see the Patrick Dempsey crush), When Harry Met Sally.

The American President
Batman
Batman Returns
Batman Forever
Austin Powers (1 more then 2)
True Lies

...and how about, last night I watched the new Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen movie on the Family Channel. They've gotten so old! It wasn't too bad. Of course, it was set in London and I have a thing for British accents...

I'm not ashamed to admit I loved There's Something About Mary and of course I like anything with Kate Winslet

but I admit I like Victorian Era film adaptions from the novels of authors like Jane Austen and the Bronte sisters, in fact I like all those late 19th century/ early 20th century adaptations from authors like Henry James, Edith Wharton, Oscar Wilde, etc

but again I'm not really ashamed or embarassed of it, though some people might be embarassed for me

Mostly because I'm surrounded by film snobs in my film classes who only like auteur films or silent Russian cinema.

Van Wilder. I usually hate these flicks, but I liked Van Wilder.

Without a doubt, it would be You've Got Mail.

Oh, and incidentally, I *just* got done watching Pretty Woman (again) and starting bawling my eyes out at the same old spot (where Hector Elizondo kisses Julia Roberts' hand when she's leaving the hotel.)
