I would like to know what you all think is the most most annoying good song ever. And by 'good' I mean a song that isn't a novelty song (otherwise the clear winner would be The Cheeky Girls or possibly that frog) but actually a song by a 'proper' band. My vote has to go to Birdhouse in Your Soul. AAARGHHH!! SHUT UP! SHUT UP! SHUT UP! I CAN'T GET THAT ANNOYING CHORUS OUTTA MY HEAD AFTER HAVING THE MISFORTUNE TO TURN ON THE RADIO THIS MORNING *Cries* IT'S DRIVING ME NUTS!

Haha, I had that song stuck in my head for an entire day a while back, too! Great song, but yes, that chorus is definitely a likely one to get stuck in your head.

seriously. how in the would did they fuck up that song so badly? i mean, i thought the demo version of Yaweh was way better compared to the album version, and i thought u2 messed up, but Coldplay just totally totally ruined it on this song.

Exactly. The original had a much better 'structure' to it. Proper verses, lyrics ten times better than 2/3 of X&Y!! And there was a proper tune...I hate how they totally changed it and just made the one riff loop over and over again through the verses and choruses before bringing back the really good part of the original song for a really short time at the end!
