more art site hassles

Damn, I've had the most frustrating day trying to put together a site for my pictures. I really don't understand the technical side of web site building. Start throwing alphabet soup like FTP and CGI at me and I'll scream. I don't know what the hell this stuff is! I'm an artist, not a coder! Not to mention........two of the site hosting services rejected my credit card. I called the bank, etc, etc, and they didn't know what the problem was. I am not a happy camper right now. Damn.

I just found a great big list of site hosts that are for artists. I bookmarked the list site and am off for Goof-off City for the evening.

i just use geocities to avoid the hassles
i wish i knew how to do html and ftp and all that. geocities is so limited to what i want to do.
