Aardvark, i read somewhere that you had bought the DVD box with all Michael Palins travels. Maybe you can help me out with a little question

I really want to get my hands on the "Full Circle" DVD that covers his travels throughout Asia. And i just looked around at play.com and found the DVD. But something is puzzling me because it says that its almost a 10 hour long DVD, but is that really true ?. I ask because it dosn´t say that its a more than 1 disc long show.
Maybe you can tell me if the "full circle" covers more than one disc or if play.com´s info is just wrong.

And,, Which of his travels are the best in your opnion ?.

Yeah, the Full Circle was the longest of his travels, and has I think 4 discs, with either 2 or 3 episodes on each one. I can't recall properly now. Which is stupid, cos I watched them only about a month ago!

My fave of his travel series is still probably Around the world in 80 days. Just cos they had the time limit, so it was a rushed journey which gives u a lot of anticipation when u watch it - even when u've seen it so many times!

I liked Sahara when it was first shown, but I found it hard watching it again recently...is just seemed a little duller compared to others. But Himilaya was a return to form. Fantastic.

That cheese skit is an absolute classic but the one that made me laugh the most was Ann Elk and her theory.
