The El Dorado is one of the two twin-towered buildings on CPW, the other being the San Remo (and we know who lives in that one.)

It also was the home of Marjorie Morningstar, in the eponymous book by Herman Wouk.

My reaction: the terrace furniture is straight out of the Smith and Hawken catalog and the flowers look like they were bought two days ago at Trader Joe's. I expect more from my sexually ambiguous rock stars.
