MLB Predictions

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that follows U2.
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
My predictions (cause the only time I follow baseball is playoffs):

AL:
Yankees vs Minnesota - Yankees in 4
Red Sox vs Angels - Red Sox in 3

NL:
Dodgers vs Cardinals - Cardinals in 3
Astros vs Braves - Astros in 5

ALCS:
Yankees vs. Red Sox - Red Sox in 7

NLCS:
Cardinals vs. Astros - Astros in 6

World Series:
Red Sox vs. Astros - Red Sox in 7.

Game 7 will come down to the final inning and Sox fans will be pissing on Bill Buckner's front doorstep when the Sox win 7-5 in the 10th inning on a two-run home run by Manny Ramirez.

Bet on it.

Your Saturday tee times at Pebble Beach:
The Foursome of Erstad, Glaus, Lackey and Percival 10:06
The Foursome of Sele, Eckstein, Anderson and Washburn 10:12
The Foursome of Guerrero, Colon, Molina and Molina 10:18
The Foursome of Sciossia, Black, MacPherson and DaVanon 10:24
The Foursome of Donnelly, Shields, Escobar and Gregg 10:30

Figgins is skipping the outing to go home and talk to his parents about the spelling of his first name.

In the playoffs they'll get Colon, Escobar and Washburn. And they'll have to play a game or two in Anaheim.
Only 17 Red Sox runs in 2 games at the big "A", the improved rotation and home field has definitely helped the Angies to lose more respectably.

LOL. No, hopefully Figgins is skipping the golf and playing winter ball where he might work on his fielding. :crack:

Actually Figgy has been a stud this year as a fill-in and I have no ill will toward the guy, despite his spotty play these first two games.

 You have every right to gloat back at me, Hewson. The sox have outplayed the halos in every facet of the game.

I'm not even sure having Kennedy and Guillen would make much difference. The Bosox' lineup is STACKED and fucking red. hot. They're working the angels as much they did a month ago.
