i'm glad i didn't try to scalp tickets for today's game... looks like it's gonna rain like a mofo out there.

as we're no 10 minutes away from first pitch, i can't help but dream ahead to game 7 of the 2006 world series... billy wagner strikes out the comicly un-clutch a-rod with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 9th inning... ahh yes, a man can dream.

aaaaaand it only took till the 5th inning for carlos beltran to get booed. the opening spread was 3 1/2 innings... i took the under.

Headache, I think you might have a gambling problem.
i'm worried about heilman going back to the bullpen... he pitched all winter and spring as a starter again, and then they switched him back to the bullpen right as spring training ended... might take him a while to get used to it again.
and beltran's now been booed 3 times... that's one boo per every inning and a 1/3rd. he's being booed at a ruthian pace
