yeah there are certain right wing groups such as libertarians that also tend to not support bush (although more than the dems probably), that have some good ideas, in theory anyway, imo.

ex: financeguy

glad you liked that, i try to be funny ;)

<not libertarian though

yeah me neither, their ideas tend to be best in theory, similar to socialists

i'm a lot more conservative/centrist/whatever on economic issues than on social issues though

ooh i have a fun idea, i'll find that little test that tells you where you are on the political spectrum/grid thingy :hyper:

:reject:

It seems very unfashionable to be a Bush supporter - at least that is the impression I get as a Brit.

I'm not a Bush supporter, but I live in a relatively small town (5,000 people) and it's a pretty conservative town, so when I would wear my very radical leftist shirts to school during the election season, I got a lot of shit for it, but I think the media has a lot to do with how Bush supporters and non-Bush supporters are portrayed to the rest of the world.

^^^

Hey Reggie!

He isn't a popular figure over here (Bush that is!)

Bush is much more popular in the red states than in the whole rest of the world! People outside America seem to hate him even more than Americans! That's the impression I get!

Maybe that's because they see Bush for what he really is...a dirty, lying SOB who spies on the American people.

okay i finally found it:

politicalcompass.org

these things are fun because they make you think outside of the dem v rep (for americans), or whether or not you hate bush, or whatever

post your results :hyper:

hey reggie  i think dreadsox once had a similar misunderstanding during a conversation on who liked bush :hmm:

how's blairs popularity doing in the UK?

He is slowly getting less and less popular, he's had alot of damaging things happen - starting with the Iraq war and he is always potrayed as being in Bush's pocket, so to speak, when it comes to world issues.

I can't see him being the leader at the next election - if Labour win it will be by a short margin and i reckon he'll be out - if not before the election.

< likes fights...even political fights. I won't even offer my opinion on Bush...but to say I live in one of the most liberal states in the union.

< needs another beer....is that Zoot I saw in here earlier?
