metallica: fade to black appreciation thread

normally i wouldn't start an appreciation thread about something metallica has done. but this an exception. i just heard this song again for the first time in many years. it's actually a beautiful piece of music. nice mix of acoustic and electric guitars, soft and heavy.

Yes, Fade To Black is awesome. But I haven't listened to it in ages!

neither have i. but i just converted all my albums to m4a files. and it popped up. ah...it made me recall my youth
