Indeed. And I honestly don't think pedophiles can be helped. If someone's mind is that warped that they can hurt children like that...I don't think there's much anyone can do to change them. They're screwed up mentally. There's really nothing that can be done.

Actually, in a lot of cases, there are ways to help cure people of this...they have all sorts of therapies and techniques that can help address the issue/change the arousal patterns...granted, it doesn't work in 100% of all cases, and normally woks when the person themselves seeks help because they know that something is wrong with them.

Blech, this entire saga makes me ill.
