I saw him play in a charity match here in Australia in 1989, (in support of a young football player Neil Fuller who lost a leg in a game and is now a paraOlympian medallist).
There were only a few hundred spectators there (and all Poms at that! ) watching the 13 a side game and Bestie gently move around as fast as his arthritic knees would let him. He changed sides at half time so both teams could say they had played with George Best Great memories
