She is not a country
and neither is CTU.

Therefore, they are not parties to Geneva Convention.

and are not exempt from torture,

besides, "ticking bomb", gives free license for anything.

doesn't exempt her from the cruel and unsual punishment clause of the constitution...or the right toa trial before sentance.

what do you think palmer is doing right now since his term is over? writing books? giving conferences? sitting back and relaxing in spas after all the stress?

wouldnt it be cool if kim showed up now...

ha ha

now, on to the hostage situation

actually when you think of it, the best thing navi could do at this moment is to kill behrooz. because if he does that dina will never cooperate. but then, of course the SWATs will go in and kill navi.

but its a good way to ensure that their plans go through. of course if he is not willing to give his life for his 'cause' he wont do that. i think he is though.

the only problem is behrooz told him that if navi kills him dina will spill the beans. but that just doesnt make any sense!

what leverage do you think CTU has over navi? can they persuade navi or will they go in guns blazing?

also 'did you get that?' was a great moment.

deep is wise

But I'm beginning to think that the son in law may be an pawn and Tony may turn out to be a bad guy :(

And just one more thing....there are way too many technical mistakes....:shame:

son in law is certainly dodgy but tony?? come on he cant turn out to be a bad guy. bad guys are never unemployed. the bad guy market is so vibrant!

what do you mean by technical mistakes?:eyebrow:

Technical mistakes:

- letting Audrey go anywhere without an escort/bodyguard
- letting the bad CTU female prisoner leave the CTU compound once she was under arrest
- sending the CTU guy and the ex CTU female prisoner to that building with only 2 guys for security. Come on - they should have had a full escort security team
- they did that thermal scan for the hospital but not for the building where the CTU team was ambushed

AAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH

Sorry I can't remember the names this morning but I'm taking cold meds and soon as I post this I will probably remember the names :)

this was just silly

they can do a scan through many floors to just the basement, right

isolated security cameras or security motion detectors would have been more believeable

it was a very convenient plot to get curtis killed? theyve been meaning to do that for a while. he'll be dead in no time

that was the best two hours of my life x_x

I can't wait for tommorow

too bad the whole trial thing won't be until next week :p

Gee, I got to about post 15 in this thread and then it seems conversation turned to season 4. Considering season 3 just ended about 2 hours ago here, I think I won't return to this thread until next year or so.

Maybe I'm too jaded, but nothing really surprised me tonight.

I can't wait until next week though! :hyper:
I was surpised by the terrorist dressing up as a CTU officer, I thought he'd just run away as quick as possible.
This was probably the best show so far this season.
