Melissa Etheridge Appreciation Thread

Melissa just recently overcame her battle with breast cancer . She released a greatest hits collection in late 2005 that was her fist certified Gold album since Breakdown in 1999 . I have a lot of respect for her and she has put out some of my favorite songs over the years:

There is almost no difference between her "live voice" and "studio voice". Etheridge is excellent live

Melissa is an incredible songwriter. And to see her on stage....I've seen her only 2 times in concert, but WOW!! She IS Rock-n-Roll. And yes, she has that magic. Like U2, she has the ability to connect with every member of her audience.

Melissa is a SURVIVOR OF THE FITTEST! She is an inspiration and I love her music. I don't feel she's done her best work YET! She is absolutely Amazing.
