Anyone into meditation?
I think this is one of the most difficult things for people to do. Isn't it too difficult to come to a state where you can clear your mind of thoughts? The body can be relaxed but how can you fall deep into the emptiness required by relaxing the thoughts too?
Personally, I've never had such an experience. Others can do it without even reading about it or practicing...
