Stupid lawsuits like this are the reason why the US healthcare system is in shambles.

It's definitely screwing us big time. I'm tired of stupid lawsuits.

since he was asked to assist with the epidural, i believe the hospital is responsible.

He couldn't say no? I sure as hell would say no if I had a problem with doing something. I can't see where it was the hospital's fault at all.

I don't deny it's a sad story, but shit happens, and sometimes it's not anyone's fault. I think that's the case here.
