your name cracks me up tom from boston

I should call myself Lara from Belfast

Well, its ok, a little poppy for my taste. I think the vocals are fine.
I think my buddy will enjoy this, he like this kind mellow rock music.
Overall is ok, good production, but again not really for me.

Let me give any potential listeners a mood guide. If you're going to listen to a song or two, it might as well suit your tastes.

Better Off Without Me - basic alt-rock song
Below the Horizon - laid back acoustic beach surfing song
Sarah - basic alt-rock song
Just Like Heaven (Yes, it's the Cure song) - harder than the Cure

I Wish I Knew How - blues rock/nasty lyrics
Sing You Back Home - mellow soul
House Arrest - a mix of quiet and moody and louder and poppy
Unwind - stupid punky hard rock song

I get mixed comments about the vocals. He doesn't have the best voice, but he's an excellent singer. His sense of pitch is fantastic. If you pay attention to the harmonies you can tell he's got a good ear for stuff like that.

Thanks again for listening. I appreciate the comments so far.

And Lara, I try to keep it simple.

i think you guys do the slower quieter parts of songs better, and when you bust into the louder chorus parts, it seems to formulaic and overused. generic/boring.
