anyone else notice this? im guessing they knocked out another 10 per cent from my space.

ive already deleted tonnes of shit, but the ammount of junk mail i get comes close to filling my inbox up.

so why dont i get a new email? trouble is, there are a lot of people that have this email address (work related) and its too late to change it now.

i hate the evils of hotmail.

hotmail and msn blow - you can use services such as reroute.com to notify people you have a new email address. it will forward mail from your old account to your new account and let the sender know you have a new account

how exactly does it work? what would i need to do?

I hadn't heard of this about hotmail yet  :scream:

rerout.com sounds good, I'll have too look into it...but, would the SPAM from hotmail get forwarded as well? :crack: :banghead:

ah thanks a lot everyone.

the reason i say hotmail has decreased space is because im currently at 72 per cent while recently i was only at 58 - and i have even less now than i did then!

:hmm:

these are the costs for re-route.com

New ISP 1 Month 3 Months
Featured Partners Free $25
Other ISPs $10 $25

if you're going to pay for services to forward your email from hotmail to another account, ($25 for 3 months) wouldn't it make more sense just to go ahead and pay the $19.95 to get more hotmail storage for a whole year? :der:

I'm not paying anymore for email or email forwarding :|

im starting to notice that they're knocking out space too. but i really do like hotmail and i won't switch to another email service. i just wish i didnt get so much spam mail telling me i can have a bigger penis:mad:

I filter all my spam to the junk mail folder. Only people in my address book go to my inbox. So once a day I just do a clean delete sweep on the junk mail folder.

It really doesnt bug me.

animal porn every day bothers me.

you sign up for one beastiality site and suddenly everyone in town thinks thats all you like! well excuse me monsieur madam, but i happen to enjoy the full spectrum of what internet pornography has to offer! what makes them think i have a one track mind?!

has anyone else noticed a lot of spam lately that looks like returned email? Only to open it up and there's the text that looks like it's a regular returned mail that didn't go thru, but then at the bottom there's an ad for either porn or enlarging certain parts of the anatomy?

 :sexywink:

actually, sign up for just about anything, even if it's not porn, and you're more likely to get more spam

Hotmail blows. I use it as my commercial e-mail account and to get on MSN Messenger, because that's all its good for.

Melon

hotmail does suck imo.

also if you ever opt out of anything that is sketch - you have just increased the spam you will get. you are better off with the delete button.

when i use to use hotmail back in the day i did what sicy would do - just delete crap once a day.

you do get 6k with yahoo if i am correct

 same here.

just a question...why don't you guys just use the address you get with your isp? after all, it's free and it's unlikely they'll keep dipping into your storage space like hotmail does.
