The Interpreter-I thought it was better than the reviews it's getting, but thinking about it maybe it's just the acting that makes up for the rest of it

"The Nightmare Before Christmas"-'twas on TV this morning.

That is such a cool movie.

I also saw "Dawn of the Dead" last night (the remade version-never seen the original). Very...disturbing movie, yeah...

I'm going to see "Kung Fu Hustle" next week. I love kung fu movies.

Birth w/ Nicole Kidman. Quite possibly the most pointless movie ever.

Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

Doesn't quite capture the greatness of the book, but still enjoyable.

Hitchickers' Guide To The Galaxy...

Quite reasonable, if you just saw the movie though I'm sure it would be ridiculously puzzling and unenjoyable.

Liked Hitchiker's very much. I went in thinking that it couldn't be any worse than the TV series so I wasn't disappointed. I think they casted the movie very well. Sam Rockwell makes an excellent Zaphod and I'm a fan of Martin Freeman from the Office. I'd never seen anything with Mos Def before. I liked him as Ford Prefect.
I went with my mom and she hasn't read the book but I think she liked the movie more than I did. She's now borrowed my books to read.
I thought it was great that they made a cameo for the Marvin the paranoid android from the BBC TV series. I kinda wish I had seen it with another fan so we could have shared that moment.
