If I'm going out, then I'm going out right with a New England Clambake - Lobster, steamers, chowder, etc and it has to be cooked the right way, in seaweed.

McDonald's Fries
Homemade burger off the grill, like my mom makes
A large pizza from Dominos, thick crust, green pepper topping
A 2.5 liter bottle of Camlica

Awesome points for anyone who knows what Camlica is(hint: it's NOT alcoholic)

Definitely seafood, preferrably grilled. With a nice basil Thai rice on the side. And most importantly dessert, perhaps a delicious chocolate souffle.

Prime Rib from Lawry's, a slice of pizza from the small little pizza place near my old HS, french fries from Nathan's and a hamburger from Jackson's Hole in NYC. Dessert would be my Mom's brownies.
