shocking virus to get a hold of you

been kissing too many girls (or guys)

and been struck down by this shocker for a good month

the worst thing is you realise you have a very good singing voice when you get struck down by it

the worst part of the virus is part (it was over after the first fortnight) but every time i try to sing 2 notes i cough

Gargling with warm salted water.

Brush your teeth and tongue and don't forget to floss and use mouthwash (this gets rid of germs/bacteria hanging around in your mouth but I'm sure you already knew this)

yucko!!!! I've had this before, I gotta say that it was a very wierd sensation to completely loose my voice for around 24 hours, all I could do was whisper. However though, for around 2 weeks I sounded like Bonnie Tyler (remember that trashy 80s song: Total eclipse of the heart). I hope your voice comes back soon
