There used to be this amazing duck restaurant near where I live. Then it shut down. It was the saddest day of my life.

I'd give swan a try. I want to try pigeon too; apparently there are some good places to try it around Melbourne.

I haven't had duck in over a year.

You can get it at some restaurants; it's more common the further north you go.
