it's a shame....being an astronaut should be an accomplishment...not a postition you get to because your some no talent fucker who wil be great for nasa trying to get some appeal with kids

The college degrees, the training, the entire LIVES these astronauts spend to get into space (when many of them never will)... and they just let some HIM up there without any of these credentials at all?!

And like Arun said, to appeal to the kids...

Well you know what? I'm young, and it has been my dream to work for NASA for a long time, and I didn't need any god damn pansy to inspire me either....
