Here in NC we used to have Pine State dairies... Jim Varney started his Ernest T. character doing commercials for them. We used to love watching for the newest ones.
"Hey, Vern! - what has four legs, six hanger-downers, two sticker-uppers and a switch-a-bout? A cow, Vern... a moo-cow!" Goofy, innocent fun.
He's still doing commercials here so I didn't know he was dead.
This is why:
