There's a cool indie theater about 20-30 minutes away from me, but it's hard to get out there when no one wants to go and I can't officially drive yet.

this is a theater more for musicals, some concerts, etc. (i've seen so many good concerts there, along with some musicals and ballets) but in the summer they show movies too. that coupled with the fact that it used to be a movie theater back in the day is awesome.and that sucks. we have an indie theater here (although they're showing more mainstream stuff these days, boo) and i have that same problem. oh well, i don't mind going to the movies by myself.
