This is a very good Canadian band, though not very well known. My roommate recommended them to me and I have been listening to them quite a bit lately. If you like Radiohead or Sigur Rós, you should like these guys as well. They're not exactly original, but they do what they do very well. Here are four songs from their album, All Things (Un)Clear.

Definitely a headphones kind of band. Before any mods freak out, the band are perfectly okay with people distributing their music. They even had full downloads up at their site before they started streaming the album there, and you can even e-mail them if you want MP3s. Anything for exposure, I guess. So there shouldn't be any problem with posting links here.

Anyway, those songs are all pretty great. My only complaint is that the lead singer doesn't use much range and there isn't a terrible amount of musical variation. Other than that, very solid band. A Painting is so gorgeous. So is Dream Away. If you don't feel something after listening to those songs, there's something wrong with you! Baad and From Now Until Then are more sort of upbeat songs. The way Baad builds up at the end is just brilliant.
