Jenny Lewis and Belle and Sebastian album leaks

These two eagerly anticipated have just leaked. I've heard Jenny's Rabbit Furcoat and its really great.

I've only got a couple of B&S The Life Pursuit, but they are also very enjoyable. Still looking for the rest of the album.

Thoughts on either of these?

just out of curiosity, does the Jenny Lewis sound like Rilo Kiley? I wasn't aware there was a solo album coming out.

I like the "Handle With Care" cover. Ben Gibbard does Roy's part (that's the critical part, see).

The other track is nice country-ish acoustic tune. Doesn't remind me of Rilo Kiley. I think I'll pick this one up.

I got the whole of the 'Life Pursuit'. A bit of a disappointment but a nice listen nonetheless. Best track: 'Sukie In The Graveyard'

I just downloaded Rabbit Fur Coat from Itunes.

Great stuff.

I just bought a ticket to see her with the Watson twins in Alexandria, VA in March!

Sounds nothing like Rilo to me. Very rootsy and countryish.

Great record though, I was going to create a thread for it pretty soon here anyhow.

I'm seeing B+S in March also..........the SF show, and the opening act is the nearly as good New Pornographers. Going to be an amazing show.

Belle and Sebastian's album is the best of the year so far (yeah, I know it's only been a month, but a month equals hundreds of indie releases and all)......

As for Jenny Lewis, it's a pretty good album. Not Rilo Kiley or The Postal Service level though.
