Jean Grae

I downloaded "Love Song" by Jean Grae this afternoon from Salon (I'm a Premium subscriber, so I get the cool music downloads). It's SUCH a cool song. I think I like her even better than Eve. Does anyone know anything more about her or have her CD?

If I remember correctly, she was on Rollingstone's last artists to watch in 2003 list. I havent heard her stuff though, I want to.

PS- AFI was on that same artists to watch in 2003 list...

Wasn't she part of the X-Men or something? Jean Grey? Jean Grae? Conincidence? I think not!

She uses it as a stage name...I don't know her real name.

Great album! Like I mentioned before, "Love Song" is pretty cool...I also recommend "Thank Ya," so far.
