Man that guy can groove. Great flow, great pop-friendly songs.

Even from someone that hates most rap, he has an amazing talent to make rap that is infectious. Credit where credit is due.

the jury's still out on Jay-Z for me -

like, what the frack does
"h to the izzay o to the trizzay" mean??!!?

I thought Hard Knock Life a few years ago was well done, but this "HOVA" bizness
is just nonsensical.

That's exactly what I mean. Usually I HATE HATE HATE it when rappers use their 'iz-ay' 'suzzure' 'crakalackin' slang. Normally I would hate Jay-Z's 'HOVA' song, but it's just done in such a way that appeals to the part of me that wants to dance. It's a very POP song, has a great groove and it's catchy. When a rap song appeals even to me...that's a big accomplishment. That takes talent.

I'll have to agree with you.

I thought "Can I Get A..." from a few years
back was priceless (in terms of a Pop song).

Though as a habit, I don't groove to hip-hop all the time, I would have to say OutKast's latest offering has been fantastic.
