wishing I was somewhere else....
This has perplexed me for years. It's part of the squash or guord family....and it's orange (well some are white/albino)....but it is called a PUMPKIN or is it called a JACK-O-LANTERN???

In deference to those with a Spanish accent, "v" words often sound like "b" words. Like Havana becomes Habana and so forth - it's not considered to be a mistake, just a difference in accent.
