This is great stuff - I highly recommend picking this one up - it's a fantastic folk cd - with great songwriting and lyrics. It sounds very intimate in a Nick Drake/whispering-in-your-ear kind of way - the arrangements are very simple, usually picked guitar and a few other sparse acoustic instruments and simple two-voice harmonies. Anyway, anyone with a soft spot for intimate folk music should give this a listen - it's well worth it.

that's his sister singing with him...REALLY beautiful stuff

get his first album too, Creek Drank the Cradle.

They're great, I have their last 2 albums on vinyl and saw them live back in April at the Knitting Factory in LA. Such a great show and they did a cover of The Flaming Lips song "Waiting for Superman"

His sister is so pretty in person.

Favorites: Naked As We Came and Passing Afternoon.

Also: Each Coming Night and Teeth In The Grass.

Yum.
