Thanks Amy. I know you are right. I am so impatiently waiting for my trip! My girlfriend and I have Irish recipes and are making all kinds of Irish dishes but we know it's just not the same. Can't mouth waters just hearing everyone talking about the bread and yummy Irish butter.
