Cook ... anything that's rather simple. (such as Spaghetti, or Vegetables or Soup)

Bake ... usually things like Roasts, Meatloafs, Chicken Caciatore or Lasagna.

I don't have enough time to really "work" on meals in the kitchen too often.

OOh a smearless pen? Where did you get them in Hawaii? I bought a set of pens with Hawaiian print on the outsides of them, a set of 9.

ya, i got a pack of 6 i think it was. they had 3 different kinds of prints, 2 of each. they were at one of the ABC stores....
